Delivery and Information


We dispatch during office hours from Monday to Friday inclusive. We will always email you a confirmation for your order, and send another email once your order has been dispatched. All delivery timetables apply once payment has cleared.

Standard UK Delivery takes between 3-5 days and costs:

£3.50 for any order up to £29.99 in value regardless of the number of items ordered
£5.00 for any order from £30.00 up to £49.99 in value regardless of the number of items ordered
£7.50 for any order from £50.00 up to £99.99 in value regardless of the number of items ordered
£10.00 for any order from £100.00 to £199.99 in value regardless of the number of items ordered


Express UK Delivery is a 24 hour service available on orders placed before 12 noon and costs:

-  £6.50 for any order up to £30 in value regardless of the number of items ordered
-  £10.95 for orders over £15


Please note: it’s not always possible to offer an Express Service to some remote areas and offshore islands within the UK – we will let you know if your area is affected.

We also deliver outside the UK.

International Deliveries:
All International Deliveries are subject to delivery charge. If this charge has not been added when you placed your order, as your country may not be added to our system, then we will contact you by email with the cost of delivery. No orders will be dispatched until the delivery charge has also been paid.

In all cases we reserve the right to use postal services and couriers of our choice and to vary these carriers from time to time. All our services are signed for services to ensure the safety of your purchase.

We will deliver to PO Box numbers if they also have a building or business name and a house or building number, plus the street name, city and post code. This applies to both UK and overseas deliveries.

Returns Policy

Items will be fully refunded if they are damaged or faulty upon delivery.

To qualify for a refund goods must be returned in perfect, condition and in their original packaging which must also be in perfect condition so they can be resold.

Please enclose your name and delivery address inside the parcel, together with your order number if you have it, and state that you require a refund. We will fully refund the item cost within 7 working days of receiving the goods back.*

*postal charges are not refundable unless the goods were supplied were faulty when they arrived or if we have processed your order wrongly and supplied incorrect goods. In that event please contact us by phone or email prior to making the return and we will ensure that you are fully refunded, including any postal costs. 

We always recommend that you obtain proof of posting for your return or use a recorded or signed for postage service to make sure we receive your parcel - we won’t be able to assist you with a refund if your item is lost in the post. 

If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund then please make us aware of this before you return the goods.

All of the above is in addition to your statutory rights as a Consumer.
